Choosing the Right Shadow Box Size
Kathy’s Card-tel makes layered paper shadow boxes in three sizes: 8x8, 8x10, and 12x12. Every shadow box has a glass front and is handmade to order. Not every design is offered in every size, so the table below shows the sizes and prices for each design in the shop.
The three sizes
- 8x8: a square format that fits a shelf, desk, or small wall.
- 8x10: a rectangular format for artwork that is wider or taller than it is square.
- 12x12: the largest size, with the most room for detail. Larger pieces cost more to ship, and the flat shipping rate for the size is shown at checkout.
How to choose
- Think about where it will hang or stand, and how much space is there.
- Check the sizes offered for the design you like in the table below.
- If you want a personalized piece, tell Kathy the size you have in mind in your request.
