Custom Creations

Tell Kathy the occasion, the person, and the feeling you want, and she will turn it into a one-of-a-kind handmade gift: a shadow box, a handmade card, or something else. You do not need to know exactly how it should look.

How a custom creation works

  1. Send your request. Share the project, names, dates, wording, colors, inspiration, and any photos. For a shadow box, include the size you have in mind.
  2. Kathy reviews it. She replies by email with design ideas, a price, and a timeline. No payment is needed to ask.
  3. You approve and check out. Kathy sends a secure checkout link for exactly what you agreed on.
  4. Kathy makes it. Kathy confirms the production time for your piece. Shipping transit time is separate, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Local pickup may be available by arrangement.

Shadow boxes are made in 8x8, 8x10, and 12x12, all with a glass front, and production is approximately 7 business days. Fully custom creations generally start around $89–$99 depending on size and complexity.

Made-to-order, custom, and personalized items are final sale once production begins. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be made right. See Returns & Damaged Orders.
