Overview

This website is operated by Kathy’s Card-tel. By visiting or buying from this site, or by sending us a request, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy.

Handmade products

Our products are handmade to order. Small variations in color, placement, and assembly are normal. Product photos show examples of our work; your piece may differ slightly.

Custom requests and design ideas

You can send Kathy a custom request through our Design Concierge or the Custom Creations page. Sending a request does not place an order and no payment is taken. Design ideas, descriptions, and concept images, including any that are created with the help of an AI tool, are suggestions to help you and Kathy talk about your idea. The finished piece is handmade by Kathy and may differ from them. An order for a custom piece begins only when you approve Kathy’s quote and pay through the secure checkout link she sends you.

Personalization and customer content

If you send us names, wording, photos, or other content for a personalized or custom item, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to let us use it to make your order. We use your photos and information only to create and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it. Photos you send through the Design Concierge are deleted automatically 180 days after your request is closed. Photos you email to us are kept only as long as needed to make and deliver your order and resolve any problem with it. You can ask us to delete your photos or request at any time by emailing kp2brn@aol.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if a pricing error occurs.

Production, shipping, and returns

Made-to-order, custom, and personalized items are final sale once production begins. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be made right. Production time, shipping, returns, and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The designs, photos, and text on this site belong to Kathy’s Card-tel or are used with permission. Please do not copy or resell them without written permission. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email us at kp2brn@aol.com and we will review it.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
